We have provided integral services to a variety of clients in many industries, including;
Anodizing is an electrolytic process that creates a hard, clear oxide layer on the surface of the metal. Dye is absorbed through a capillary effect, hence, becoming part of the surface. The anodization process is revered around the world due to its outstanding resistance to corrosion. Many industries use anodizing for different proposes, from cosmetic effects to really functional effects. Colors available upon request.
Hard Coat Anodize is also an electrolytic process that provides superior protection and functionality. It is much thicker and denser than sulfuric anodizing therefore it offers superior durability in terms of abrasion resistance. It's hardness has been compared to the hardness in a diamond, and is also very similar to a sapphire in termos of its physical and chemical properties. It can only be black dyed.
Chromate conversion coatings cover aluminum parts with a with a chemical film that protects it against oxidation, also called Chem Film, Alodine or Irridite. Often used in conjunction with masking of an anodized finish for conductivity properties. The resulting color of this coatings can be clear or yellow. It is generally used to facilitate adhesion of paints or powder coating. Not intended for cosmetic uses.
Bright dip is a chemical process that produces an extremely high luster on aluminum. The degree of brightness is dependent on the type of alloy as well as the surface finish. Generally used in cosmetic, automotive and lighting applications. The surface finish is very similar to mechanical polishing.

Manganese Phosphate, is an immersion process by which small crystalline structures of manganese are grown on steel alloys. It is used on gears, piston rings, camshafts and other parts as protection against wear during break-in periods. The coating major function is to provide a reservoir for oil films and prevent metal to metal contact. Not appropriate as a paint base.
While we are primarily an anodizing job shop, we are always open to learn and develop new processes. From metal modification to assembling processed material. Bright Dip and Manganese Phosphate are two great examples of processes we developed according to our customers needs. We want to be your one stop shop. We pride ourselves in contributing to our customer's success.
